Oplify provides a cloud-based print-on-demand inventory management platform that includes:

• E-commerce platform integration (including Shopify)
• Order management and processing
• Production pipeline tracking
• Inventory management
• Carrier integration and shipping management
• Multi-store support
• Role-based access control

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Oplify, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
